Click "Test Program" and it should pull up the game! Before playing, however, there is one more thing you have to do. When it's done, it should bring up another page which prompts you to test the program. Follow the prompts (I opted to use the "recommended settings option and it worked). Double click on the game program to select it. Right click on the application for the game itself and click "Properties." Copy the file path and paste it in to the "Select Program" window from the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter. Right click the one which has steam in the filepath and open the folder. Search for the title of the game and wait for all of the results to show up. Easiest way for me was to use file explorer (file folder icon on the start bar). It took me to another page where I had to select "browse" to find the program, which opened a window just like as if you were to open a document in Word (for example). I wasn't able to, so I had to click "Not found" or whatever was there (top of the list). If you can find the game in the list of programs, select it. This should open up Program Compatibility Troubleshooter. Click "Run programs made for previous versions of windows." That option showed up for me automatically after "Run," but if not for you just type that whole blurb. ![]() Go to the start menu and type "Run" to start the search bar going (if you have Windows 7, just click on it then type). I have windows 8, but I found this solution thanks to a YouTube video which was featuring Windows 7 (or possibly Vista). SO I did some internet research which eventually led me to the solution. I FIXED IT! Don't know if you folks have been able to since you've had the issue.
